Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Butterflyology & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Butterflyology & Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

If you still need assistance, please contact us and we’ll gladly help in any way we can.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
